Terms and conditions hej hej

For anyone who likes simple, we have written down our terms and conditions in plain language.

Article 1: Definitions

Customer: someone who loves ice cream very much and buys a CUBE ice cream machine and/or ingredients
Entrepreneur: someone who also really loves ice cream and supplies CUBE ice cream machines and ingredients

Article 2: The entrepreneur

Hej hej is a one-man business to which several people with a passion contribute. You can reach us at 06-53238123 or at info@hejhej.nl We do not have a visiting address, but our business address is Jutfaseweg 2-G 3522HA in Utrecht. Our Chamber of Commerce number is 71197524. Our VAT number is NL160923785.B02

Article 3: Applicability

We do our best to bring these terms and conditions to your attention. After all, it says what we do for you and what we expect from you. If you buy or have bought something from us, of course. Otherwise, it is not so applicable. Generally speaking: we don't make such a fuss!

Article 4: The offer

We always tell you honestly what, when and how to buy something, what it costs and whether you can exchange it. Is there a mistake on our product page? Then you can hold us to that. Unless the mistake is obviously a blunder and you should have known about it in advance, of course.

Article 5: Agreement

You do business with us online in a secure web environment. When you place an order with us, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Article 6: Right of withdrawal

Have you tested the ice cream maker once and you are not happy with it? Then you may return it within 14 days of receipt. You will receive your payment back within 7 days.

Article 7: Obligations during the cooling-off period

During the cooling-off period, you may unpack or use the product as you would in a shop. If you use the product in such a way that it is no longer in "shop condition", you may receive less money back for the product.

Article 8: Shipping costs in case of withdrawal

The shipping costs of a return shipment to us in case of revocation are for you, the customer. If the return is due to an error on our part, we, hej hej, will of course bear the shipping costs of the return.

Article 9: Obligations of hej hej upon revocation

Once you notify us within 14 days that you wish to return something, we will send you a confirmation upon receipt of your request. As soon as we have received your order back, we will refund the money within 7 days.

Article 10: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Broken ingredient packs are excluded from our right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be returned.

Article 11: The price

We always communicate our prices clearly and unambiguously. All prices quoted include VAT. For orders over €50.00, you benefit from free shipping!

Article 12: Conformity and warranty

You have a right to a good product, full stop. If something does go wrong with it, we will fix it for you. In doing so, we always follow the law.

Article 13: Delivery and execution

We do our best to serve you well and deliver a top-notch product. We try to deliver the ordered products as soon as possible, as on this page described. If the delivery of the product takes longer, or if we cannot deliver everything on time, you will hear about it as soon as possible. At that point you can cancel your purchase. If you have already paid in advance, your payment will be refunded as soon as possible, but at the latest within 7 days. If a product is damaged or lost before it reaches you or a designated recipient, that is our responsibility.

Article 14: Payment

Retrieved from this page read our available payment methods. Something goes wrong with the payment or you see an error in the payment details? Please let us know as soon as possible.

Article 15: Complaints procedure

Do you have a complaint? Annoying. We will do all we can to resolve your complaint. Please take contact with us. Describe your problem as clearly as possible and include photos, so we can help you properly. We will get back to you within two working days at the latest. We will help you immediately or tell you how much time we need to rectify it.

Article 16: Disputes

Are we really not getting anywhere? Then you can decide to take the matter to the bodies created for that purpose within 12 months. If you choose this, we sincerely regret it. But we respect your choice.

Article 17: Industry guarantee

We are not (yet) affiliated to the Dutch Home Shopping Organisation.

Article 18: Additional or different provisions

These were our terms and conditions. Nice and clear, right? If we make any future changes to these terms and conditions, you will find them on our website.
